Masters of Trade

About the Free Company

Masters of Trade is an Adamantoise-based Free Company built around community, cooperation, and helping members enjoy every aspect of Final Fantasy XIV.

While GREED originally began with a strong focus on crafting and gathering, the FC has grown into a large multi-community organization supporting nearly every style of gameplay, including:

  • Raiding
  • Casual content
  • Hunts
  • Treasure maps
  • Mount farms
  • Crafting & gathering
  • Social events
  • Player mentoring
  • Community projects
  • Sprout support
  • Roleplay-adjacent community activities
  • General chaos and occasional emotional damage

At its core, GREED exists to create a welcoming environment where members can:

  • Learn
  • Improve
  • Make friends
  • Participate in events
  • Get help when needed
  • And enjoy the game without fear of elitism or unnecessary drama

FC Philosophy

GREED operates on a simple philosophy:

A strong community is built when members actively support one another.

Whether you are:

  • Brand new to FFXIV
  • Returning after a long break
  • A hardcore raider
  • A dedicated crafter
  • A glamour addict
  • A fishing gremlin
  • Or someone who still has no idea what’s going on…

…there is a place for you within GREED.

What Makes GREED Different?

Unlike many large FCs, GREED is heavily community-driven.

The FC is organized through multiple committees that help maintain different areas of the community, including:

  • Events
  • Recruiting
  • Welcoming
  • Raiding
  • Mercenary assistance
  • Crafting & gathering support
  • Newsletters and media
  • Maps and treasure events
  • Mentorship and progression systems

This structure allows members to:

  • Become involved
  • Take leadership roles
  • Help shape the community
  • Create new activities and ideas

GREED thrives because its members actively participate in making the FC feel alive.
