The Recruiting Committee exists to help GREED continue growing by finding welcoming, community-focused players who are a good fit for the Free Company.

Rather than mass advertising, the committee focuses on building meaningful one-on-one interactions with prospective members and helping maintain the friendly, close-knit atmosphere GREED is known for.

Committee Objectives

The Recruiting Committee is responsible for:

  • Reaching out to prospective players interested in joining GREED
  • Vetting applicants to ensure they are a good fit for the community
  • Helping maintain an active and healthy FC population
  • Assisting with new member onboarding and follow-up
  • Helping new members feel welcomed and integrated into the FC

What the Committee Does NOT Do

Recruiting Players Already in an FC

The Recruiting Committee does not:

  • Poach members from other Free Companies
  • Message players already affiliated with another FC

Overworld Yell/Shout Spam

GREED does not rely on:

  • City shout spam
  • Overworld recruitment spam
  • Excessive advertisement flooding

The committee prefers a more personal and respectful recruiting approach.

Blacklisted Players

The committee does not accept:

  • Players blacklisted by the broader Adamantoise community
  • Individuals known for repeated toxic behavior or major community issues

I want to help recruit, but I’m introverted. Is there anything I can do?

Absolutely!

The Recruiting Committee provides:

  • 1-on-1 shadowing opportunities

If you are nervous about approaching people:

  • A recruiter can walk you through the process
  • You can observe how vetting conversations work
  • You can participate at your own comfort level

You do not need to be an extrovert to help GREED grow.

My friend just started the game and wants to join. Who should I contact?

Any online recruiter can assist with invitations.

Additionally:

  • Any Master-rank member can also help
  • If no one is available, your friend can submit an FC application directly

How do referral rewards work?

Easy!

If someone you know applies to GREED:

  1. Have them include your name in their application
  2. Recruiters will confirm the referral with you
  3. The applicant will go through the normal vetting process

Once confirmed, your referral will be credited appropriately.
